It contrasts “task-first” thinking — completing work and hoping it adds up — with “outcome-first” thinking, where you define the desired state of reality first and then work backwards to the work needed. It covers three unlocking questions, real-world examples, and practical exercises for building the muscle.
How India Can Own the Global Micro Drama Economy with AI

This talk was given at the VAM Summit in Mumbai where I explore short-form drama as an emerging global entertainment format and how India is positioned to lead it through AI-powered content creation. I contrast the different approaches — the US relying on traditional actors, China industrializing the format with user-generated content, and Dashverse enabling creative directors to produce dramas using AI instead of actors and physical sets.
